If the plaintiff or his legal practitioner mentions in the plaint whether he wants to serve the deadline to the defendant himself or through his legal practitioner, then the plaintiff or his legal practitioner must serve the deadline to the defendant himself through his legal practitioner within three days from the date of registration of the plaint.
(2) In accordance with sub-section (1), the plaintiff or his legal practitioner shall submit a copy of the plaint and any supporting documents attached to the plaint when submitting the deadline to the defendant.
(3) According to sub-section (1) or (2), the plaintiff or his legal practitioner shall pay to the defendant two copies and a certified copy of the statement of claim and evidence in accordance with Schedule-4 after receiving from the court the deadline for serving the statement of claim and evidence.
(4) According to sub-section (1), if the plaintiff or his legal practitioner brings the defendant to submit the deadline, the defendant shall submit such deadline and if it is so submitted, it shall be considered as duly submitted. (5) In the case of an organized organization, if the deadline is submitted to the head office of such organization, it shall be considered as duly submitted to the relevant organization as per sub-section (4). Explanation: For the purpose of this section, "head office" means the registered office of the organized organization, and if there is no such office, it means the head office of the organized organization.
(6) According to sub-section (4), after the deadline has passed, the defendant shall make compensation in accordance with schedule-5.
(7) In accordance with sub-section (3), if the plaintiff or his legal practitioner has served the deadline to the defendant, the defendant shall file a complaint with the court within seven days after the deadline has been served.
(8) According to sub-section (6), the time limit for submission of counter-answer letter shall be maintained from the date on which the time limit has been paid by the respondent.
(9) In accordance with this section, when the plaintiff or legal practitioner gives notice to the defendant, if he does not accept it, such suit shall be filed.The non-business person shall submit the report of the same transaction to the court within two days after exceeding the deadline as per sub-section (1).
(1o) According to subsection (9), if a report is received from the defendant or his legal practitioner that the time limit has not been met, the court shall set the time limit in the name of the defendant in accordance with this paragraph.
